I finally visited a restaurant I had been wanting to try! Today's sushi was prepared by Mr. Ishikawa. The appetizers and sushi were delicious. The temperature and flavor of the rice were quite different from Mikawa sushi, but it was still very tasty. I also had the chance to chat with Mr. Ishikawa, and I had a wonderful time. It was a great meal, and I definitely want to come back!
