This was my second visit, and once again, I was blown away by the deliciousness.Even though the dishes are seasonal, the menu is completely different from my last visit five months ago.The Kinmedai (golden eye snapper) is a classic, and I wouldn't complain if it was served every time. This time, the grilled eggplant with sweet miso was absolutely amazing.I was surprised by the sweetness, especially since it was fried with a mix of wheat flour and potato starch. The only downside is that the next reservation is over six months away. But with food this good, I can understand why.- Aji (horse mackerel) cucumber rolls - Jindo squid - Kamasu (barracuda) - Saba (mackerel) and winter melon - Hata (grouper) sashimi - Fried green eggplant with sweet miso - Abalone and liver rice - Zucchini - Kinmedai (golden eye snapper) - Kabocha (pumpkin) in sesame vinegar - Ginger rice - Grilled eel with white miso and folded eggplant - Hamo (pike eel) minced meat and sweet long pepper rice - Meigo (young sea bream) marinated rice - Chilled rice with sesame broth - Peach jelly with black tea (flavored with Hamaka) - Zunda (edamame) mochi - Green tea
