Visited in May 2026.Personally, I really enjoyed the Sakura Masu (Cherry Salmon) Mi-cuit; it had a unique texture that left a lasting impression on me.The classic dishes, including Sea Urchin and Lobster with Consommé Jelly, Cauliflower Cream, and Quail Stuffed Confit, were also delicious.I believe this restaurant offers satisfaction that exceeds its price.
