I had been saving this restaurant ever since it was featured on "Jounetsu Tairiku." By chance, I decided to visit Tsuwano, and it was just in time for the opening of the ayu fishing season, which felt like fate! I contacted the restaurant and, although it was fully booked, I managed to get a spot on the waiting list.The ayu sashimi and other delicacies, aside from grilled dishes, were truly delicious and I was very satisfied. On my way out, the chef even came outside to see me off!
