On a holiday, I made a reservation through Table Check at 8:00 AM for the 11:00 seating.I entered at 11:00 and received my dish at 11:10.I ordered the Special Grape Pepper Ramen, the Ajitama Ramen (Shiro Shoyu), and the Grilled Chashu Rice (with egg yolk).I was lucky to secure a reservation at this super popular restaurant.I already knew it would be delicious, but today’s highlight was definitely the grape pepper.The aroma of the pepper was refreshing and delightful.Not only is Shima known for its ramen, but the toppings are also exceptional.Once again, it was a wonderful meal.Thank you for the great food!
