I visited Tokiwa Sushi's Shibata main branch for the first time. It took about 40 minutes from Niigata to reach the original location. Both the head chef and the staff are the same, which allows for excellent teamwork in the small space! They utilize fresh ingredients from Niigata and add creative touches to enhance the dishes. With plenty of innovative ideas, the flavors are doubled! The head chef also makes a point to engage with each guest personally. For inbound guests, there is a dedicated apprentice to provide explanations. This restaurant offers high value with its delicious sushi and impressive presentation.
