I visited a very famous restaurant in Namba. It's located just a stone's throw from Dotonbori, where the atmosphere is lively and bustling with tourists. However, as soon as you step into Hozenji Yokocho, the noise fades away, and you are greeted by a charming ambiance. It's amazing how just a short walk down a narrow alley can change the atmosphere so completely. The entrance of the restaurant itself exudes a lovely traditional vibe.I took plenty of photos of the dishes, but unfortunately, I can't share them on social media. Everything, from the tableware to the presentation, was stunning. The meal began with luxurious ingredients like sea urchin, abalone, and hairy crab, followed by seasonal delights such as pike eel, sweetfish, and surf clam. The comfort of the space and the quality of service were exceptional, making me dream of returning to this wonderful place.
