It was the best meat dish ever!♪First, we had the brand-name beef consomme soup. Absolutely fantastic.Next up was the seasonal vegetable namul. A classic, of course.Then came the Setsugekka kimchi.Following that was the exquisite Setsugekka yukhoe with Mikawa full moon egg. This was truly outstanding!♪We also enjoyed a seasonal vegetable salad.Then, we had the premium salted tongue, thinly sliced.Next was the premium loin.The marbled beef was also exceptional.The lean cuts were delicious as well.The seasonal grilled vegetables, especially the corn and shiitake mushrooms, were fantastic!♪We also had an assorted platter of brand-name beef offal, which included Matsusaka beef.For the main dish, we had sudachi cold noodles.For dessert, we could choose the classic pudding!♪It was simply the best.
