I was able to visit this restaurant as it was reserved by our company president for a social gathering.Every detail, from how to cut the fish to the seasoning, was meticulously calculated, allowing me to enjoy sushi like I’ve never experienced before.I can only express it in a clumsy way, but it truly felt like you could chew it even without teeth! The texture of the fish was incredibly smooth, and the pairing with the Japanese sake was simply delicious and blissful.Especially, even the gari (pickled ginger) was so flavorful that I wondered if what I had eaten before was just vinegar; I ended up asking for more.It was a time filled with awe from start to finish. ✨It was a great meal!
