【2026.07.24】It was a wonderful time.Located in Roppongi Ichome.Oh, hello, this is Kamen!I finally stepped back into Sushi Saitou after a while.The sushi is all about the feeling! I believe that aspect is significant.It was a seat where I could strongly feel that sentiment.Today, I was kindly treated by the person at the next table, enjoying conversation while savoring the appetizers.Now, it’s finally time for the nigiri.First up, flounder!As soon as it hit my mouth, I was taken aback (∑(ﾟДﾟ)).It felt like magic had been cast on the rice.I couldn’t help but exclaim how delicious it was, and my drinks kept flowing.Time flies when you’re having fun, and when the anago (conger eel) was served, I felt a bit sad!Nevertheless, it was a highly satisfying experience.I wonder when I’ll be back next.It was a great meal!
