I had always wanted to visit, so I finally made the trip.While the ingredients and frying techniques were impressive, what left the strongest impression on me was the dedication of the craftsmen, who approached each dish with sincerity. The tempura was not flashy; rather, it reflected years of accumulated experience and skill in every plate.The tempura itself was classic, or rather, old-school, with a rich oil and a firm batter.It was a great meal.
