I made a reservation for noon on Sunday and arrived right on time. The place was fully booked. It took about 50 minutes for the main dish of unagi to arrive. I learned from my companion that they prepare the fish fresh after customers arrive, which explains the wait... I had no idea! I was so hungry (laughs). Inside the restaurant, there are numerous signed photos from famous personalities displayed everywhere, which shows how highly regarded this place is! The farmed Bando Taro unagi was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth. It’s no surprise that it was delicious!
