They kindly agreed to serve it with two Peking Ducks for an additional charge. If that wasn't possible, I was considering Char Siu, Shark Fin in Soy Sauce, noodles, or crispy rice, but I was able to enjoy a variety of Chinese dishes with the course, which left me very satisfied. The shochu list included Hyakunen no Kodoku, allowing me to savor its rich flavor and sweetness once again after a long time.
