On a sunny May afternoon that wasn't too hot, I arrived four hours before opening. As expected, there was no one there. After about an hour, a few people started to line up behind me.Around 3:30 PM, the menu was handed out, and a few minutes later, surprisingly, the menu was changed! The prices had gone up a bit.The beef tongue and outside skirt were delicious. Maybe because it was right after a holiday, but the liver didn't look very good. However, it tasted great. I was curious if the color was normal, so I ordered another plate, and the second one wasn't that bad.Overall, the meat was tasty, but considering the effort of waiting in line and the cost-effectiveness, I might not feel inclined to go back again.
