I took the Shinkansen from Tokyo to visit this place in Nagoya, spending a total of 4 hours in the city. The restaurant has a bright and clean atmosphere with a white color scheme.I enjoyed a 12-dish course that I had reserved in advance, paired with a glass of wine. The amuse-bouche featuring sea urchin from Rishiri was delightful, as the crispy sheet blended with the sea urchin felt like eating tempura. The crunchiness of the onion with the bird shell was nice, but my plate had quite a bit of spiciness left, so it might depend on personal preference. The dashi made from Nagoya Cochin served in the middle of the meal was incredibly delicious and served as a refreshing palate cleanser. The desserts were also creatively crafted, and it was fun to choose from the various options. It was a great meal!
