This popular restaurant from the "Ishikawa" group offers innovative Japanese cuisine.I have been visiting seasonally since it opened, but it has become increasingly difficult to make reservations over the years, making it a rare treat that I now enjoy only twice a year. This time, it was the season for sweetfish. With new menu items introduced, the hospitality was more heartfelt than ever. Each time I experience the high quality of the dishes and the thoughtful attention to detail, I am reminded of this restaurant's charm.Although my next reservation is a bit far off, I eagerly look forward to my next visit. It was a great meal.
