It's been about 8 months since my last visit to Ginza Shinohara. I receive regular invitations, so I often stop by. This time, coinciding with the Himuro Sekku festival, the hassun (seasonal appetizer) featured ice decorations. As always, the Japanese cuisine beautifully captures the essence of the season. I'm truly impressed. It was a great meal.
