It's been 4 months since my last visit, and I'm back at my favorite place. The appetizers and sushi are truly top-notch. The whale's meat and the liver of the abalone were perfectly prepared and delicious. As for the sushi, I had tuna. Given the season, I expected it to be challenging, but both the lean and fatty cuts from Shimazu were as delicious as always. The lightness of the sushi was also delightful. I wonder if this lightness is a tradition, as I feel a similar quality in the dishes from Koki-kun at Ranmaru. It was a great meal!
