It had been a little while since my last visit to Takumi Shingo. As always, the pace was great and the appetizers were delicious. The summer menu was in full swing, and the triggerfish nigiri was particularly enjoyable. I wonder if the menu has changed quite a bit? Everything was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. It was a great meal!
