As of today, Kataori is ranked number one on Tabelog nationwide.I wasn't sure if I would be able to go, but fortunately, I received an invitation and was able to visit for the first time.The carefully selected ingredients from Hokuriku and the beautifully clear dashi created a blissful experience that touched all my senses.Thank you to the organizer for securing such a wonderful seat!
