Orders: - Kimchi - Namul - Omasum Sashimi - Rice Salt Flavor: - Salted Tongue - Outside Skirt - Liver Sauce Flavor: - Roast - Outside Skirt - Premium Tripe Ending: - Kalbi Soup Rice - Kalbi Soup Both the salt and sauce flavors have a rich, indulgent seasoning! Among them, the signature "drinking roast" is incredibly delicious and pairs perfectly with rice! To cook the drinking roast, place green onions underneath and steam the roast on top. This method cooks it perfectly, infusing the green onions with flavor, and it doesn’t produce smoke, making it highly recommended! We ate quite a lot, but at JPY 8,500 per person, it’s a great value!
