【2026.07 Ginza Date♪】Located just a short walk from Ginza, Higashi-Ginza, and Ginza 1-chome, this Japanese restaurant is situated in the basement of a building along Azuma Street, one block east of Chuo Street.Although I don’t visit every season, I am grateful to come here regularly. The teamwork between the head chef and staff is excellent, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The head chef ensures that first-time visitors feel welcomed, making it a fun place to dine. The signature dish, the hassun, is visually stunning and showcases seasonal flavors!Since my wife also enjoys this place, I invited her for our 9th dinner together after a 5-month break.As it was a date, we enjoyed some modern art in Roppongi before skipping hand-in-hand to Ginza!
