After four months, I returned to Sushi Sho for the summer. Time really flies!I visited with three friends I hadn’t seen in a while.As usual, we ordered our favorite dishes, so I didn’t take many notes towards the end.Here’s what we had:- Hairy Crab and Water Shield- Spring Sea Bream- Young Horse Mackerel- True Snapper- Spanish Mackerel- Grilled Bonito- Grilled Surf Clam- New Squid- Squid Tentacles- Ginkgo Nuts- Sardines- Sea Urchin- Grilled Skin of Red Snapper- Nodoguro Hand Roll- Ohagi (Sweet Rice Cake)Everything was delicious as always, and I was very satisfied.The usual octopus, ohagi, and grilled skin of red snapper were, of course, amazing, but the sardines and new squid were also delightful.I enjoyed a variety of Japanese sake as well, which was great.This place makes summer sushi taste fantastic. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
