Den is a prime example of a restaurant that offers both delicious food and a fun atmosphere. I’ve been wanting to visit, and recently, I’ve been coming here with different people each time, but the service remains consistently excellent. This time, I enjoyed a meal with someone special, and we had a truly delightful experience.- Monaka with Raspberry - Chawanmushi with Fresh Yuba, Béchamel Marinade, and Ginger Sauce - Den Tacky with Edamame - Kinmedai (Golden Eye Snapper) - Kue (Grouper) with Dashi Soy Sauce and Bonito Flakes, Grilled Eggplant, and Bell Pepper - Soup with New Onion and Duck - Sakura Shrimp and Fresh Sansho Pepper - Raspberry, Watermelon, and Strawberry Sorbet The chilled chawanmushi was surprisingly flavorful. Even after visiting so many times, I realize there are still many dishes I have yet to discover. The familiar Monaka, Den Tacky, and salad provide a comforting sense of reliability, while the other dishes add an extra layer of deliciousness. The outstanding service and cozy atmosphere make it a place where you can enjoy a dining experience that is more than just about the food.I always look forward to my next visit, and I know time will fly by once again.
