It seems that you can now make reservations online, so I booked a table and traveled to Yotsugi.I ordered the Japanese brand unagi (grilled eel) served over rice.While enjoying some beer and snacking on crispy eel bones, I waited for about 40 minutes.The eel was grilled to perfection, with a pleasantly sweet sauce.The meat was incredibly tender and absolutely delicious.As is common in eel restaurants, I also received an eel-shaped chopstick rest!
