During my previous visit, every dish was explosively delicious, but this time, the frequent menu changes to keep regulars engaged seemed to backfire for newcomers and French cuisine beginners expecting high-quality ingredients. As a result, some dishes lacked impact, although they were still good. The eel risotto was well-made, but in a country like Japan, known for its eel, serving it in a French restaurant didn’t leave much of an impression. The optional abalone wrapped in pastry didn’t showcase the abalone's natural flavor and relied too much on the seasoning from caviar and liver. On the other hand, the lobster and rock oyster were outstandingly delicious. I hope to see more dishes like these. The regular menu prices remained the same, which I had budgeted for, but it felt like there was an effective price increase with the optional menu items. This is understandable, though. As for the drinks, the non-alcoholic cocktail was a bit too sweet for my taste. The hamburger sandwich to take home was impressive in both size and flavor! Definitely worth ordering! Such impactful dishes are a must. Finally, I requested the receipt, but only received the card slip. The bill was correct.Thank you for the meal. I will come again.
