The tuna from the Sea of Japan was delicious.The Niigata specialty, Nanban shrimp, was also served, and as always, I was completely satisfied.The selection of Nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), firefly squid, ankimo (monkfish liver), and squid was impressive.Both the nigiri and the small dishes were very fulfilling.Thank you for another enjoyable time.I definitely want to come back again.
