I had always wanted to visit this highly-rated restaurant, but my schedule never aligned with the OMAKASE experience. This time, however, I was lucky enough to fit it into my business trip.Located within a 10-minute walk from Okayama Station and just a 5-minute walk from my hotel, it was very convenient. The appetizers included 6 dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the abalone rice, mackerel, and sweet sea bream. The sushi selection featured 15 pieces, with the blue crab, Awaji Island sea urchin, and negitoro leaving a lasting impression.It was an honor to be served by the head chef and his top apprentice, who both dressed like businessmen and showed great consideration for us first-time visitors. I definitely want to return next year; it was a wonderful restaurant.
