I managed to secure a table reservation battle at 8 AM the day before and arrived early. Fortunately, there was an available seat, allowing me to enter the restaurant, which was a relief in this extreme heat. Since it was my first visit, I purchased a ticket for the standard special Raa Men (Shoyu) and took my seat. The noodles were smooth and had a slightly slippery texture, but I could feel a firm core at the beginning. The broth had a rich umami flavor with a hint of high-quality soy sauce acidity. The various types of chashu (braised pork) were all delicious and of high quality. The operation, with one staff member managing six seats in a 45-minute slot, was flawless, making this a well-established restaurant alongside its excellent ramen.
