Due to my companion's strong desire, we visited Tokuyama Zushi.Dinner was available only at 6 PM, and breakfast was also set for 8 AM.Here’s what we enjoyed for dinner:1. 8-inch plate: venison ham, a small dish of venison (with sesame cream?), and Manganji peppers, along with sansho edamame and green beans.2. Sashimi of Biwa trout served with wasabi and soy sauce.3. Grilled sweetfish with sudachi.4. Grilled eel with pizza dough, cheese, and sansho.5. Grilled eel served plain with wasabi and salt.6. Eggplant with bear meat jelly.7. Matured mackerel sushi with cheese and citrus.8. Small sweetfish with onion paste and soft-shelled turtle sauce.9. Funazushi with cheese and jelly.10. Sudachi somen, masu rice, and pickles. - Fermented ice cream with sesame tuile. There was no specific menu, so please consider the above as a reference. As for the drinks, I can’t recall exactly what we had since there was no drink menu, but I believe we were served various types of Nanahon Yari to pair with our dishes (Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Wataru, Kimoto, etc.). We also had a Burgundy red wine to complement the meat and a medium-sized beer. The prices were unclear.**********************************Regarding the accommodation, I think there are some details that may not be clear beforehand, so I’ll record a few notes:- Pickup: If you contact them in advance, they will pick you up from the nearest Yogo Station.
