Wow! This is incredibly delicious! No wonder it's a popular restaurant that's hard to get a reservation at.What beautiful meat! It's as fresh as it gets. The beef tongue is a must—everyone should have at least one serving. Even though it's thinly sliced, it has a great bounce, and I could eat several pieces. And the flavor of the outside skirt! It's so tender, it practically melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite. After enjoying the salt-seasoned meat, we moved on to the marinated options. Once you try marinated meat, you won't want to go back to salt. We started with the top-quality Chateaubriand. The balance of fat and meat quality is perfect! The strip loin is quickly seared on both sides and generously dipped in raw egg, served in a sukiyaki style. Mmm, it's the best! This definitely calls for a bowl of white rice! When you add raw egg and sweet sauce, it becomes an exquisite TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan). For the finale, we had the "Tegudankuppa." It looks bright red, but it's not that spicy. Tender, slow-cooked beef chunks are generously included. It's incredibly delicious! And then there's the vegetable soup. Ah, so soothing. It's gentle yet packed with rich meat flavor. For dessert, we had homemade pudding. It's very rich! You can really taste the eggs. They put a lot of care into every last detail. The price is quite high, but it's worth every penny. Once you experience the real deal, you won't be able to eat at mediocre places that serve subpar meat.◆ Order (A la carte)- Assorted Namul- Wakame Salad- Yukhoe- Salted Tongue- Outside Skirt- Mountain Chain Tripe- Strip Loin- Chateaubriand- Tegudankuppa- Vegetable Soup- Pudding◆ Location2-minute walk from Kiyosumi Shirakawa Station◆ SeatingMany table seats available.◆ PaymentCash only.
