I was brought here by a friend who made a reservation. We ordered the Jimon Assorted Platter for five, featuring Matsusaka beef, Yonezawa beef, Kobe beef, and Omi beef, which was quite luxurious. The fat was delicious, and both the sauce and salt were excellent. As someone in my 40s, it felt a bit heavy, but if I had eaten here in my 20s or 30s, it would have undoubtedly been my top choice for yakiniku. I wish I had come here sooner. The highlights were the salted tongue, yukhoe, roast beef, and basil tripe. I can confidently say these four dishes were among the best I've ever had. I ordered a half rice and enjoyed it with the yukhoe, which was delightful. The bill ended up being the highest I've ever paid for yakiniku, but I was completely satisfied.
