The tender roast is truly amazing—it's almost drinkable! The smoke adds to the excitement. The salt-grilled tongue and other salt dishes are also great. The omasum is super fresh, and the namul is definitely worth a refill. The kalbi soup to finish is pleasantly mild in spiciness. I was completely satisfied. I'm so glad there's a place like this in Ginza!
