I usually don't visit high-end restaurants, and perhaps due to my preference for stronger flavors or my familiarity with MSG, I found the overall taste to be quite mild. I was expecting a rich crab flavor with the hairy crab dish, but it felt rather light. The fried fish, abalone pasta, and ginkgo biloba risotto also lacked depth and umami, making me reluctant to enjoy them. The highlights were the focaccia, which had a perfect texture and moisture that I liked, and the harmony of the prosciutto sushi topped with truffle. The interior was impeccably clean and created a lovely atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't catch the names of the dishes the chef mentioned, and when I asked for clarification, I received a rather curt response with just the words. That was disheartening.Overall, my review may seem harsh, but considering the price point, my expectations were understandably higher.
