I was finally able to visit Shimazu again after a long time. Every dish, from the appetizers to the sushi, was incredibly fresh and delicious. The tuna was excellent, but the sushi made with seasonal fish was truly exceptional. On this day, I enjoyed striped jack, horse mackerel, baby sardine, and sardine, all of which were delightful. I believe this is one of the few places that can surprise you with dishes beyond your expectations. Additionally, the service from the owner and the apprentices was outstanding.
