This was my second visit to the restaurant. Last time, I ordered the soy sauce ramen, so this time I chose the white soy sauce.I preferred the broth of the white soy sauce this time. It allowed me to easily appreciate the umami flavor, and the aroma of the noodles was also more pronounced.The variety of chashu was impressive, with so many types that I lost count.The difficulty in making a reservation is a drawback, but I definitely want to try the salt ramen next time.
