This was my first visit to the restaurant. Although it's a casual yakiniku spot in a downtown area, the interior is beautifully designed, making it suitable for a date.When I looked at the menu, I saw that the premium kalbi and premium loin were listed at around JPY 4000. However, when I inquired about the exact prices, I was told that the cuts and prices vary by day, which I found a bit unclear. Disliking ambiguous pricing, I decided to forgo the premium options and ordered kalbi, loin, karurosu, and chutan salt.While the cuts were somewhat uneven, the taste was on par with other top-rated establishments. The loin had a strong umami flavor, and even the chutan salt, which I usually don’t order, was exceptionally delicious. I felt that the quality was sufficient without needing the premium options.It’s a bit disappointing that, despite the great taste, there were several concerns regarding the ordering system and service.
