I had a hard time making a reservation and couldn't get through by phone, but I finally managed to book online.I ordered:Salted Beef TongueMedium Salted Beef TongueSalted Mountain Chain TripeBasil Mountain Chain TripeYukkeJimon Assorted PlatterFirst up was the salted beef tongue.It was the most delicious I've ever had.I was truly moved by the food after a long time.Both the salted and basil mountain chain tripe were fantastic.We indulged in one yukke each, which was perfect over rice as a yukke bowl.It was the best.Everything in the assorted platter was delicious, and I enjoyed the loin dipped in egg, prepared in a sukiyaki style.Even though it's hard to get a reservation, I will definitely come back.It was a great meal.
