It's been years since my last visit, but I've been here several times before the Michelin Guide for Tokyo started. This restaurant is a representative grand maison of Tokyo, and it holds special memories for me. I've had the pleasure of enjoying Olivier's dishes a few times, but this time, I didn't experience that same sense of excitement I felt when I first tasted the food at L'OSIER, which made me feel like the cuisine had transformed.I opted for the basic lunch course, but perhaps it felt different because I usually choose the highest-priced course?I forgot to take a photo of the meat dish, but the beautiful colors, delicate seasoning, and perfect cooking were all present. Each dish had a blend of tradition and innovation, and everything was delicious. I look forward to visiting again someday.
