I happened to make a reservation through Tablecheck and visited after about 20 years. I learned from this site that you need to place a substantial order on your first visit, or there will be restrictions on additional orders. So, I consulted with ChatGPT beforehand about what to order. The AI suggested that we should order enough Tongue Salt and Yukhoe for everyone. My companions thought that was too much. However, trusting the AI turned out to be the right choice. The Tongue Salt is probably the best in Japan, and the Yukhoe is incredibly delicious. You’ll regret it if you don’t order enough for everyone. I really pushed for it, and it was a great decision. I was also told that I had to order the premium cuts on my first visit, so I got one serving each of Premium Kalbi and Premium Loin. However, I think the Kalbi was unnecessary. It was extremely tasty, but it was a bit too much for an older guy like me. The reservation process seems to be quite challenging, but I genuinely hope to visit this Yakiniku restaurant again.
