The meat was incredibly tender, high-quality, and delicious. Although it’s Spanish cuisine, it felt similar to Japanese food, leaving me feeling light and not heavy after the meal. The first dish, sea urchin, was quite impactful. I enjoyed a luxurious experience in a private counter with only four seats, making for an unforgettable moment.
