The restaurant opened early at 5 PM, and by that time, there were about 10 people waiting.Eight of us entered during the first round, and then the remaining two plus three more completed the day's seating.It’s clear that this popular spot requires early action.This time, I ordered the Beef Tongue Curry (JPY 3,800) with a side of Seasonal Vegetables (JPY 800).As soon as the dish arrived, the aroma of spices filled the air, raising my expectations.The curry has a deep spice flavor that is quite pronounced. Some might find it slightly bitter, but the complex flavors intertwine beautifully, making it very delicious.Each bite has depth, and the more I eat, the more appealing it becomes.The tongue is astonishingly tender, so soft that it can be easily cut with a spoon.Moreover, the portion is substantial, providing a very high level of satisfaction.Given the quantity and quality, I felt the price was justified.The seasonal vegetables are not only piled on top but also generously mixed into the curry, adding to the overall experience.Personally, I found that some of the vegetables didn’t pair perfectly with the curry, but overall, it was a highly satisfying meal.The strong spices might not be to everyone’s taste, but I really enjoyed the flavor.There are many other intriguing menu items, so I definitely want to visit again.Next time, I’d like to try it with cheese.The staff's service was also very attentive and pleasant.
