I visited this place with some colleagues from work.First of all, it’s hard to find the entrance (laughs).If you’re a first-timer, I recommend arriving early!The interior has only counter seating, and everything starts at once.You get a course alternating between yakitori and appetizers.The yakitori is grilled over wood instead of charcoal.It seems quite challenging to manage the heat and the wood, but the result is incredibly delicious!The grilling and seasoning are both exquisite.While it’s a bit fatty, the dipping sauces are used skillfully, so it doesn’t feel too heavy.All the appetizers served in between were also exceptional, and everyone kept saying how delicious everything was (laughs).The next reservation is two years away...It’s becoming increasingly difficult to book, but if you get the chance, definitely try the wood-grilled yakitori!
