if khao suey is the only burmese dish you know (it was for me!), then you have to hit up @clubrangoonsg! every dish left me wanting more, so much that we we kept ordering and ordering! my top 3 are:
〰️ laphet thoke ($17 sgd): fermented tea leaf salad with double-fried beans, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, and chili.
〰️ mohinga ($34 sgd): rice noods in a lemongrass-catfish soup with banana stems and more.
〰️ nangyi thoke ($26 sgd): handmade rice noods with chicken, mushrooms, roasted chickpea flour, onions, and rice crackers.
…but also, the wagyu beef cheek biryani ($42 sgd) and duck leg curry ($32 sgd) were bomb too! 😅
insider tip: go pee. you HAVE to check out the bathroom 🎶 #whatKBeats
