Last year, I was deeply impressed by the yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Kosen" located near Keisei Tateishi Station in the arcade street. I loved it so much that I made a private reservation, which finally came to fruition after a year and a half (though I visited again after about a year due to someone else's reservation).Wow, it truly is an exceptional local yakiniku spot.The kimchi and the sliced omasum were incredibly delicious, but of course, the meat is where it truly shines. Each freshly cut part is beautifully seasoned with the best sauces, and the dipping sauces are wonderfully varied.Not only is it delicious, but it’s also remarkably easy to grill, and I was once again amazed by the quality of the meat that seems to speak for itself.I ordered the omakase, and after finishing the initial selection, I still felt like I could eat more, so I added extra items, leading to a surprising total at the end. But honestly, I have no regrets about eating here.
