This was my first visit since February, and this time they had fresh natural eel in stock.Of course, I ordered the tasting set.I started with the skewers, then moved on to the white grilled eel and finally the kabayaki.Even the farmed eel is exceptional, rich in fat and incredibly delicious.This time, it was natural eel from Amakusa, which was tender and tasty.As always, they did a great job. I was very satisfied!I will definitely make an effort to visit again.
