I had a business trip to Akita and was introduced to this place by a client. Since a course was already ordered when I made the reservation, the meat was served shortly after I settled in. The presentation was excellent, and the selection was spot on. I started with the beef tongue, and it was incredibly delicious! This is what it means to be excited about what to eat next. I also enjoyed a lively conversation with the owner, which made for a delightful experience. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding, truly reflecting its popularity. I definitely want to visit again. Next time, I have to bring my wife along!
