I’m a very happy girl, because Willa’s brought back my favorite Castelvetrano Olives and launched some new menu items — including cocktails and mocktails — for fall. (hosted) 🥰
We loved them all, seriously! The roasted squash was not something we’d typically order on our own, but after hearing the staff rave about it, we figured we’d give it a try, and y’all — it’s delightful and VERY appropriate for the season.
1️⃣ Classic French Onion Soup: Melted provolone, sourdough, herbs, garlic confit.
2️⃣ Parmesan Roasted Squash: Crispy pancetta, honey drizzle, herbs, brown butter whipped mascarpone.
3️⃣ Castelvetrano Olives: Aleppo, fennel pollen.
4️⃣ N/A-groni Mocktail: Seedlip Garden 108, giffard aperitif, pomegranate.
5️⃣ Sign of the Thymes: Mezcal, select aperitivo, lemon, rosemary, thyme.
6️⃣ Spicy Rigatoni: Calabrian chili red sauce, herb mascarpone, grana padano topped with garlic Parmesan bread crumbs.
7️⃣ 16 oz. Bone-In Ribeye with chimichurri and frites.
