The amount of people in the last two years who have asked me if I’ve gotten a chance to check out @Ponte_Tampa’s menu, only for me to sheepishly reply that I can’t go until my sisters and I figure out a triple date. 🤣 We had all gotten each other gift cards for Christmas two years ago and established a pact that our first visit would be together — but do you know how difficult it is to find babysitters when your babysitters are normally your sisters? 🫠

ANYWHO — we finally went! And I have never been to a restaurant where I’ve wanted to order every single one of their starters. 😍 While what we ordered was just a drop in the bucket, these are the ones I’d definitely order again — I still need to go back and try more!

2️⃣ French Onion Soup: Black truffle broth, aged Gruyère, crouton
3️⃣ Maine Lobster Cappelletti: Tomato, basil, lemon chili butter sauce
4️⃣ Escargot: En croute, nduja garlic butter, cognac
5️⃣ Black Truffle Risotto: Wild mushrooms, truffle cream, Parmesan foam
