A place we didn’t plan for but ended up at — and it was incredible. We walked in and got lucky in snagging the high-top table by the bar, and so began our phenomenal journey through the menu at @inbetweendays.co. Everything was fantastic, but we both agreed the Brûléed Pork Belly and Salmon with Vietnamese Caramel and Crispy Rice were the standout dishes for us.
